Monell Chemical Center Receives Contribution

Philadelphia-based Monell Chemical Senses Center, a non-profit research institute studying taste, smell and chemosensory mouthfeel, received a significant contribution from Stephen and Arnold Manheimer to honor their late father, industry leader Edwin J. Manheimer. The gift supports Monell’s current $10.9 million capital campaign to raise funds for laboratory expansion, including a recently opened molecular biology wing.
